OUR BISON MEAT

Our meat is processed in a USDA inspected facility.  We have our meat dry aged for 21 days which enhances flavor and tenderness.  We have cuts from ground bison to steaks, roasts, jerky, hot dogs and a ready to heat and serve pulled Bison BBQ and summer sausage.  Click here or go to the Price List page for a complete list of cuts.  We will also take custom orders.  Please call or email to set up an appointment or we can ship the meat to you.

WILD-T-BISON DOG FOOD

We now sell Wild-T-Bison Dog Food, which is a all natural diet for your dog.  Biologically Appropriate Raw Food (BARF) is a diet created by Australian Veterinary Surgeon Dr. Ian Billinghurst.  The raw meats, calcium-rich bones, vegetables, and vitamins found in the BARF diet are the same nutritious components that make up the diet of the domestic dog’s famous ancestor, the wolf.  The natural ingredients found in the BARF diet are those that nature intended your dog to have.
The vitamins in a BARF diet aid in the development of a strong immune system to keep your dog healthy. The natural ingredients, including Vitamin E, help to promote healthy skin and coat, reducing shedding. The rich calcium content, found in ground bones of the BARF diet, builds strong bones, as well as teeth and gums, keeping breath odor to a minimum.  The vegetables and vitamins help dogs suffering from allergies and reduce the need for veterinary care.  Because there is little to no grain within the BARF diet , there is less stool with less odor.
