OUR BISON MEAT
Our meat is processed in a USDA inspected facility. We have our meat dry aged for 21 days which enhances flavor and tenderness. We have cuts from ground bison to steaks, roasts, jerky and a ready to heat and serve pulled Bison BBQ and summer sausage. Click here or go to the Price List page for a complete list of cuts.
